Following the meeting of the Sternritter, Ryker went to work on his precautions leading up to the gathering with the Shinigami. Just as quickly as the Emperor's generals were dismissed, off to work he went. It was then that he compiled a comprehensive yet easily digestible document detailing the unique biological traits of the Soul Reapers—namely the existence of the Saketsu and Hakusui, a key weakness that could be exploited should conflict break out.
His briefing on this factor came with a caveat in relation to the Hollows, stating similarities but a deviation in their structural weakness. This tidbit noted the erosion of the conventional infrastructure of the Saketsu and Hakusui in exchange for an internal component that could be damaged in a similar way due to the dual nature of Arrancar. A similar direct hit, namely one that severs the connection to their more Shinigami-coded traits, could result in a loss of power as well. Another distinguishing factor specifically among Hollows is the fact that some have lower general defense but high-speed regeneration, while others lack that factor in exchange for denser skin. In those that lacked innate regenerative capabilities, the loss of limbs could prove to be permanent—a worthy note that could allow for more nuanced battlefield decisions depending on the lack of any self-recovery measures.
Once the analysis had been conveyed in a way even a simple-minded individual could understand, he sent it out to all members of the Sternritter. Adonai desired unity and peace among the realms, but given the instability of the other races, precautions were always necessary. Even if the day never came to pass where these details would prove useful, Ryker found knowing such things immensely eye-opening. His fascination with the anatomical differences among spiritually aware beings was endless. Even if the other Quincy found no value in the briefing because of a long-standing peace, Ryker had his own plans on the matter.
All while he etched away at the document, he had another task to focus on: the treatment for the soldiers within their ranks. It was a cocktail that he wove together between a mixture of a red, viscous fluid; a translucent, verdant one; and a wholly transparent liquid. Distilling the three together and adjusting the levels of these substances amounted to varying degrees of effectiveness, something he tested upon a few willing candidates. It was a simple test that merely required drawing blood from them every few hours after injection.
In just a few days' time, he had managed to find the right variation of the new drug that causes the scrubbing of genetic information in separated biological material from its host—an automatic factor that accelerated this process when exposed to heightened cortisol, adrenaline, and oxytocin contents in the body. This allows for normal medical evaluation or intervention from the staff, but genetic obscuring upon the battlefield when the subject is under mental or physical duress. The process of these chemicals being released in high quantities triggers the concoction in their system to purge any usable data their enemies could obtain from the examination of biological details.
It was a breakthrough that would maintain some level of obscurity from their new potential allies. The Emperor could express his transparency, their people could parlay, but at the end of the day, this still keeps the narrative wholly in their control. The serum also managed to have a few other interesting details given Adonai's request, but none that would be of concern to their ranks, at least. Potential assailants, on the other hand? They might find a few surprises.
Ryker spent the few days leading up to the peace meeting perfecting and distributing this drug amongst his peers and any other likely candidates who would make contact with Shinigami in the foreseeable future—a one-stop inoculation that would ensure obscurity.
After all this had been attended to, he set off from the realm to attend to other matters, a gleeful expression plastered on his face as he left the medical facility.
