The sound of dragging is heard echoing across the entry hall of their hidden base. The source of this noise is Kuvello who is being dragged by Antonio who is still upset over Kuvello’s brief defiance. Antonio and his inept nature makes him very petty and makes him hold onto things for much longer than he has any right to. The sound of the dragging is slowly eclipsed by heavy thuds, as if something was being struck, hard. Three of these sounds were heard followed by a blood curdling scream and then followed up by four more heavy strikes. Antonio seemed unaffected by what he was hearing and approached the source of it, across the hall, without a care or ounce of concern in his eyes. Perhaps it is due to the lack of thought that actually goes through his mind or maybe it is because he understands what is going on, with him one can never tell.

He reaches the end of the hall with Kuvello in tow, literally, and reaches for the door when a violent shockwave makes their base rumble and quake. This gave Antonio reason enough to pause before grabbing the door handle as if it woke him up from his mindless stupor. He finally grabs the door hand and turns it, upon opening it he finds his Boss, standing inside the ribcage of a dead arrancar. She has similar hair color to Antonio, with the bow on her head not being a traditional bow at all as it is her mask fragment.

The Boss

She looks up to Antonio and smiles at him.

”Welcome back, did you deliver our gift to our recruit?”

Antonio nods and holds up Kuvello by his ankle, up to this point he was still unconscious and it seems at first glance he may be dead. This elicits a bit of a misunderstanding and some rage from the girl.

”Antonio… Please tell me that you didn’t kill him…”

”N-no, after he t-took the gift, he passed out, Boss. He’s s-still alive…”

”Good, take him to a room to let him recover on his own.”

Antonio nods his head.

”D-do you want me to w-watch him and l-let you know when h-he wakes up?”

The girl smiles from ear to ear, the pupil of her left eye split into fours.

”I already know when he’ll awaken and what he’ll ask when he does.”

Antonio nods and almost leaves before stopping to ask something that has been nagging him since he walked into the room.

”W-who is that y-you killed?”

She looks down and acts surprised by the fact she is still standing in his rib cage. She hops out daintily and dusts off her dress before putting on a kind smile for Antonio.

”Someone I thought could help us, I saw his future before he walked in here. Seems like changing the future is harder than it sounds.”

Antonio nods and finally leaves the room, picking up Kuvello properly this time and slinging him over his shoulder. He takes Kuvello to a private room for him to recover in. When the Arrancar wakes he will notice some familiar things from his surroundings, the first being the architecture of the room, it would be very similar to the rooms of Las Noches, back when Esmerelda was in charge. The next would be banners, things Kuvello would be familiar with during his servitude with Esmerelda. This little hideaway is more than just some random place in Hueco Mundo, it is an old and forgotten safe house that only those closest to Esmerelda would know about. The only thing not attached to the former God Empresses’ name would be the collection of Soul King parts hidden away in this hidden building. The credit for those goes to Antonio and his Boss.

In the duration of following Kuvello's orders the group of Arrancar, whom had been tasked to take the remains of the traitorous, or perhaps dull-witted, Varuna to the outskirts of their territory would be brought to their knees as the overwhelming spiritual presence of their liege would wash over them like a cascading tidal wave. The visible black and salmon streaks of reiatsu that light the night sky would draw their eyes to the spectacle as they witnessed the towering coral titan cross it's arms.

"He's really going all out isn't he? I don't think I've ever seen boss so serious before. Just what is going on?"

"Idiot! Can't you tell? Something is different about Kuvie's reiatsu. Either something happened when we left, or being in the Soul Society had a bigger impact on him than any of us realized."

"Even still, to think he would release such a massive burst of reiatsu and for it to possess this much bloodlust is very unusual, even for him. It's illogical. Especially for someone as secretive and reclusive as he has been, even before Las Noches' fall."

As the group tried to regain their footing, they would quickly dash to the location of the source of Kuvello's reiatsu, only for it to suddenly disappear as quickly as it manifested. At once the eyes of each of the arrancar would go wide as they could no longer feel his presence, nor could they begin to comprehend what just occurred or why such a grandiose display of raw power would even need to be displayed if not for a sudden arrival of a foe, or perhaps even a tantrum outburst.

As the three descended upon the Ruin's of Negal once more, a fresh crime scene would be there for them to investigate. An tube-like canister, half empty containing some sort of foggy liquid that smells of decay, placed upon a single cut of cloth, and a antlion shaped pit where clearly, Kuvello once stood when he released his reiatsu.

However, despite the clues that lay bare for the underlings to uncover and interpret, there was no signs of struggle, nor were there any signs of movement to or from the location, however with the sands of Hueco Mundo, such things were camouflaged naturally within a matter of moments. The trail of which his unconscious body had been dragged covered up in an instant, should Antonio have dragged him from this place all the way to his current location.

Stumbling over themselves in trying to decipher what happened here, and locate their boss, the three would come to attention as a large, looming shadow began to creep up from behind them. The sound of steady footsteps crunching over the sand as this silhouette approached.

"Huh. What the hell happened to the little twerp? He is so getting an ear full when I find him!"

With a shocked expression, suddenly shifting to an expression of relief, the three underlings would look toward the domineering, dreadlocked amazonian arrancar as she made her appearance known for the first time since before Kuvello's departure to Rukongai.

"
I-It's -- you -- Lady-!"

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
T
he passage of time was an odd thing, especially for Kuvello whom had lost consciousness an undetermined amount of time ago. For all he knew, it could have been seconds. As he awoke, he found himself in a eerily familiar room. In fact, the very sight of the room caused him to rise from the bed he found himself in, his bare feet and chest exposed as his fingers dug into the wall just behind the headboard.

La Casita

The banners, the architecture...

Was this real? Was he dead? Was everything just a dream?

The black granite-like tiles, and the very door past the foot of his bed.

"Las Noches? ... No ... This place is even more familiar..."

This was none other than the home of Esmerelda... Kuvello's first home before Las Noches. This was-

"La Casíta."

Affectionately interpreted as "The Doll House" as the dreams of God Queen were formed here, like that of a imaginative girl creating a better life for herself and her "children". But how did this place still exist? Afterall, wouldn't anyone who have known about this place returned here for safety during the Unhallowed Wars all those centuries ago? The answer was an easy yes. However, to prevent such things from happening, Esmerelda herself sought to the destruction of this place at her own hands, with the witnesses of all of those who she trusted around her. This place could not possibly exist now, after all, Kuvello watched as this place was reduced to nothing but rubble. Meaning that this place was either an illusion casted by some master puppeteer who peered into the deepest memories of Kuvello, or this was a masterful copy created by a similar architect who knew the layout of La Casita inside and out, someone who was there during the founding years of the original Espada, and the original Las Noches.

As his bare feet touched the cold floor, his eyes would shift toward a chair which contained his over-sized kimono, his black undershirt and socks, and his white geta-styled sandals. However, one item of his wardrobe was missing. Where was his zanpakuto? The thought would soon leave his mind as his attention shifted toward the sound of a turning door knob and the shifting of the door opening. Just who was entering his room unannounced, to whom did he owe the favor of such hospitality?

Light footsteps are heard approaching Kuvello from down the long hallway. Their form becomes more clear as the darkness around them subsides revealing it to be The Boss. This seemingly harmless little girl, whose mask fragment is a giant bow that sits atop her head, approaches Kuvello with his Zanpakuto in hand, still examining it.

”Such a strange Zanpakuto, I was almost hesitant to believe Antonio when he told me about it. But once I peered inside of it it put my suspicions to rest and when I peered into your past I knew I had a good ally on my hands.”

She was finally face to face with the Arrancar who was roughly the same height as her. She extended her arms toward him, returning his Zanpakuto that rested across both her palms. She had a kind smile on her face, far too innocent of a smile to exist on an Arrancar’s face and yet there it was. Like a beacon of innocence that could do no wrong to any one or thing, if only Kuvello knew what she had done to a previous prospect this smile may be alarming or creepy even. Once Kuvello takes his Zanpakuto back she takes a step back from him, holding her hands behind her back with that same innocent smile on her face.

”I had to make some changes to your Zanpakuto, please don’t be upset if it feels like a rushed job there can be… Complications, when using both Eyes at the same time. Your release phrase is no longer ‘Pegarse’ but is now ‘Replicate’, commit that to memory or else you’ll end up looking like a fool when trying to use your full power. Follow me.”

She turns on her heel and begins walking lively down the hallway. She doesn’t say anything for a few moments as they walk, almost as if she is leaving time for Kuvello to speak or perhaps even attack. Before either action could occur, as if speaking up to interrupt him before his sentence fully forms in his mind, she speaks.

”You will be Espada Primera, the Cero rank belongs to Antonio. Don’t fret, there is a chance you are now stronger than him… maybe. I am assigning numbers based on the order of recruitment, this should throw our enemies off pretty good when the time for revenge comes. Fighting the Nuevo Espada could be the equivalent of fighting the God King or worse and that could give us the edge we need.”

They exit the hallway into a greater chamber that branches off to other rooms, these rooms have no great importance to them and may serve as housing or training areas for the army this girl is attempting to build. Exiting one of these rooms is Antonio, seemingly on his way out for another mission. He gives a casual wave to The Boss and Kuvello, another gesture that seems all too innocent for these beings. His earlier hostility towards Kuvello seems to have completely vanished as well, perhaps now that he is a part of their fold there is no need for him to be apprehensive towards him. The Boss waves back and continues walking with Kuvello into a room that seems like a smaller version of the Espada's meeting chamber in Las Noches.

”Take a seat, anyone will do. Except for the big chair, that one is mine.”

She trots along and sits in the throne-like chair that is way too big for her to be sitting in. She kicks her legs about happily with a smile on her face.

”My name is Valiosa, I used to be an aide for Esmerelda during her reign. I was a… Bottom feeder of an Arrancar so my existence and Antonio’s, went unnoticed by you Espada. I have no resentment towards you though, me and Antonio were too weak to take notice of anyway. But we are strong now, so that's why things have changed. Now, if you have any questions, please, ask away.”

As the door gave way to the female arrancar, Kuvello's attention would shift to her figure as she entered into the room. The first thing that captured his attention was the large estigma that adorned her head. The grandiose bow seemed to make up for a fraction of her overall height, after all she seemed to be no larger nor older than himself, appearance wise.
When she spoke of his Zanpakuto and how 'strange' it was, his emerald green eyes would shift toward the 'blade' she offered out to him. Kuvello would hesitantly reach out to accept the blade, before his fingers clasped around the familiar 'hilt'. His eyes examined her face with a sense of silent sleuthing, as he tried to distinguish her from friend or foe. Her smile remained on display, but her eyes. Those eyes she possessed, seemed far too dead and belied her innocent smile. That was when she mentioned it, "The Eyes." A flash back the sight and encounter with such eyes with Antonio, a sense of awe and panic washed over him again, it was encoded within his body language and reiatsu, and then nothing as a wave of calmness seemed to wash over his figure from his left arm. The "gift" that had been imprinted, and bound to his very being.
It seemed a change not only occurred within him, but within his Zanpakuto as he felt the form of begin alter within his grasp, as if physically reacting to something, however the true changes would remain unknown to him, as only the sensation occupied his attention. He had many questions, to ask her, however as she took to her heels and commanded him to follow her, his body seemed to move on its own, as if drawn into the allure of her power and presence. A feeling he had not experienced since Esmerelda. The hallways and catacombs of the construct they walked within was reminiscent of both La Casita, as well as Las Noches, as if both were taken as inspiration when the formation of this location took place.

The Privaron Espada would listen as he was effectively debriefed on the situation at hand, his questions were chiseled away, slowly but surely, however her speech only illuded to the surface of his queries. Perhaps she didn't want to overload him, or perhaps there was more she was hiding behind those dead eyes and innocent smile. The scent of death was not absent from her being, but truth be told, nor was it absent from his own. His binge would be satiated for the time being, and after his run-in with Antonio, of whom now waved toward him, sporting the same sick smile, Kuvello would be gestured to enter a meeting room of sorts, his bare feet making contact with the cold tile.

Taking a seat, objectively distant from the girl, who introduced herself as Valiosa, and unmistakably the Superiora whom Antonio spoke of. The flood of questions would begin to bubble to the surface as she motioned for him to speak, her monologue having reached its end.

"I see. I am glad to find more sympathizers that share in my ideals of restoring Hueco Mundo to its former glory. Our race has been subjugated and quelled by the insolent Shinigami for too long; with this being said, forgive me if I may have my doubts."

The Primera Espada, as he was granted, would place his altered Zanpakuto onto the table before him, making it evident that he didn't want to fight. His cat-like eyes shifting toward Valiosa as he shifted his leg over the arm of the chair as he brought his left hand to his temple, resting his head upon it as he spoke.

"You sought me out. Granted me a new power, as well as a change in my Zanpakuto. All of these things, I must admit, mustered my attention, and respect. However, in granting me with such things as well as the title of Primera Espada, just what gives you the authority to make such calls? Afterall, the God-Queen, Lady Esmerelda is gone, and ever since the day of her untimely demise, no such being has risen to such heights before, what makes you that person? The one of whom I should swear my own life and allegiance to?"

Kuvello spoke matter-of-factly, about the situation at hand, his tone and diction speaking as one who had been waiting for such a person to rise from the shadows, after all, those who made themselves known were quickly snuffed out by the accursed 5th Division and their 'Sonámbula' captain, as she became known as by few who lived to speak of her. He did not doubt Valiosa's ability to lead, nor did he doubt the powers she already seemed to bolster, however he did wonder if it was within her realm of such power, such leadership to bestow Números to just anyone. Granted her decision in making him Primera, even if superficial, did bring him much excitement, but also a slight sense of anxiety, as the proverbial target had once again been etched onto his very hierro.

A clear sign of hesitation appears on the face of the girl as Kuvello, understandably, asks her what gives her the right to give orders. She looks off to the side, avoiding eye contact with the newly appointed Primera Espada. Does she harbor some sort of doubt within herself or does she know that she is still much weaker than Kuvello and can’t stand up to him if he were to strike at her? This sense of duality should strike him as strange since Antonio showed no hesitation in confronting him, going as far as to confidently threaten his life. However, Valiosa is behaving the complete opposite way right now. She inhales, her voice shaky as her hesitation builds before exhaling slowly, closing her eyes for a brief moment.

Eyes of the Soul King

Both of her eyes open, looking shyly at Kuvello as the iris on both her eyes were split into four. Shortly after the Primera would feel a blade erupt from the chair, piercing through his back and out his chest. It would be sudden and without warning as if it were pre-ordained for this event to happen, fate could be a word used here to describe this event. Kuvello would easily recover from this as it would pose nothing more than a shock to him.

”I knew you would sit there, just as I knew you would doubt my ability to lead and replace Esmeralda… Just how I knew to plant a trap in your chair to attack you in your seat, these eyes of mine saw it all.”

She extends a hand out, a mere gesture to further explain what she was doing.

”And all I had to do was reach out and change the future I saw to what I favored the most. The entire tapestry of Time and all its Possibilities are laid out for me with these eyes.”

”Who… Are… You…”

A voice rings out in her head, struggling to reach her as she deactivates the ability of the eyes, keeping a calm and composed demeanor. She stares at Kuvello as she reaches her hand up to her face and removes one of the eyes from her head. It was a ghastly display, for sure, but stranger still is how the eye vanishes from her fingers without a sound. Her natural eye regenerates into the empty socket as she puts on an innocent smile once more.

”Using both eyes can be straining so I share an eye with Antonio, which halves the power but removes the strain of using it. I’m only telling you this because we are friends, right? And friends trust one another.”

She kicks her legs playfully in the large chair acting ever so casually after just displaying the powers of a god. However this playfulness is a farce all on its own, she is doing this based on the future she sees and the best course of action to take to keep Kuvello from lashing out at her. The shy act she put on before using the ability was her fear of that voice calling out to her, who or whatever it is gets louder each and every time as if it is drawing closer to finding her and Antonio. She suspects it is the voice of the rightful owner of the eyes and the other body parts she has collected.

”Please understand I have no desire to be the God Queen, I just wish to avenge Lady Esmeralda. If I die doing it then so be it. If we achieve our vengeance you are free to become God King if you wish, me and Antonio will probably wander off somewhere else, try and find a new purpose. I am the only acting leader here because I’m the only one who can handle using both eyes, what I lack in strength I make up for with mental fortitude.”

She stops kicking her legs and sits still, looking down at the table for a moment before looking back up to Kuvello.

”None of what I am doing is half hearted, this has all been meticulously planned out from beginning to end. I knew I could recruit you, just as I know that I can’t recruit Estarossa… That bastard destroyed what little forces remained of the old order, if he didn’t kill them it was the Shinigami who so casually patrol our sands… But it’s okay, our Estarossa problem is about to be taken care of very shortly, just as I have foreseen it.”

Out in the vast sands of Hueco Mundo, Antonio walks silently, holding his hand out as if waiting to receive something. What appears in his palm is the Eye of the Soul King that Valiosa had removed just moments before. He gouges out one of his eyes and inserts this divine eye in its place. He blinks a few times as if trying to get his vision to adjust, the image is blurry at first but once it comes into focus he sees his target, La Soberanía, home of witless Hollow who live by the same principles of its ruler, Estarossa. Antonio’s objective is to burn this place to the ground and kill Estarossa.

Returning from his adventure in Naruki, Estarossa strides through La Soberanía, waving at a few Hollows before giving his briefing on what happened in the city. He didn’t detail anything specific about the Shinigami, he just explained how they should now be more on guard for future threats. Any questions thrown his way about how strong the Shinigami in Naruki are were ignored but the pestering wouldn’t stop so he held up his hand. It was missing his glove and the black nail polish wasn’t there either. Gasps were heard all around as they realized that Estarossa lost a limb while battling the Shinigami. That was all they needed to know how strong the Naruki Shinigami were. Estarossa failed to mention that he wasn’t fighting at his full potential but that detail doesn’t need to be told to them. This should be enough to keep the La Soberanía Hollows from causing trouble in Naruki.

With Estarossa’s debrief done it was La Soberanía’s time to tell him about anything going on in Hueco Mundo and they had some alarming news. Kuvello’s Reiatsu spiked twice, the first time was when he was dismissing his underlings and the second time was due to something more disturbing. Everyone explained it as eerie, scary, it didn’t feel like Kuvello anymore. To be exact it felt more like a blend of Kuvello and something else entirely, something they had never sensed before. Estarossa scanned the faces of all the Hollow before him, from Gillan to Arrancar and they all seemed unnerved remembering the Reiatsu they sensed. Estarossa stands up and begins walking off and everyone knew what that meant, he was going to deal with this situation himself. They tried warning him, trying to tell him his battle with Kuvello wouldn't go the way he expected it to, which in Estarossa’s mind he was expecting a stalemate between the two of them. An Arrancar who can endlessly replicate himself and another who can endlessly consume, they are a bad matchup for one another, bad in the sense that their fight just won't end.

Not wanting to hear anymore warnings he waves his hand to essentially tell the pleading Hollows to “buzz off”. The purple haired Arrancar walks quite a distance away from La Soberanía before encountering another Arrancar, one he has never met before, Antonio Todopoderoso.

”Can I help you with something, bud? I’m kind of on a mission right now.”

”O-on your mission to fight K-Kuvello? That w-won’t be h-happening… B-but y-you can help me with s-something, could you look at L-La Soberanía for me?”

Estarossa humors the Arrancar and turns around to see La Soberanía set ablaze, its structures heavily damaged.

”You Bastard! How-”

Power of The Right Eye

”I f-found a future where you had n-not arrived yet and destroyed it.”

Estarossa stood silently, he had no clue how to respond to what he just heard. This Arrancar “found” a future and made it reality? What sort of ability even is that? How far into the future can this guy see and does he already know Estarossa’s next move?

The power of the Soul King’s eye’s allows one to see all possible futures and manipulate them how they see fit, in a way it is the manipulation of Fate itself. However when separated this power is halved. With just the right eye Antonio can see all possible futures but can only manipulate his own actions within them. So in this instance Antonio saw a future where Estarossa was delayed in his return to La Soberanía, long enough for him to attack and destroy it. From there he just had to wait long enough for the future to become the present where his actions had already taken place, resulting in the instantaneous destruction of La Soberanía. Because of his dull nature Antonio cannot explain all of this to Estarossa leaving the purple haired Arrancar befuddled and confused as to what is really happening.

Waiting no longer, Estarossa rushed Antonio only for him to Sonido out of the way, taking to the air and firing a Cero at Estarossa. The ruler of La Soberanía does not need foresight in order to counter this attack, opting instead to use Belcebú to consume the Cero entirely. Antonio may have a god like power but he is dumb, very dumb. Belcebú not only eats anything thrown at Estarossa but it stores it away, and furthermore it analyzes it allowing Estarossa to understand the contents of what he just consumed. That Cero was laced with a strange Reiryoku, one that does not belong to Antonio. This means that “weird future stuff”, as Estarossa would put it, is not his ability. Antonio doesn’t make a move, he watches and so does Estarossa who smirks at him.

”You found a future where I hadn’t arrived home yet, which means you had to search for the right one. Right, I get it, I get it, a little bit.”

Antonio can only alter his future actions, not the actions of others, which makes this power completely reaction based. Estarossa leaps into the sky, ready to attack but Antonio quickly uses Sonido to return to the ground. Estarossa smirks at this and gives chase, over and over and over and over. The sound of static filled the air as the two constantly used Sonido to dance with one another and Antonio is finally starting to realize why his Boss sent him on this mission, it was educational. Valiosa knew Antonio relied heavily on that eye and the powers it gave but lacked actual combat experience on using it. When Antonio confronted Kuvello and threatened to “unmake” him he wholeheartedly believed that he could, but the reality remains that there is a good chance that Kuvello would have beaten him, even without the Left Arm enhancing him. It is also why Valiosa told Kuvello that he may be stronger than Antonio. The dull lad finally begins to realize the crushing reality of his inexperience, that while the future may be limitless there eventually comes a time when an event is fated to happen, something that is inescapable. With the look of concern growing greatly on Antonio’s face it is Estarossa who sums up this situation best.

”Checkmate.”

Their Sonido chase would only last so long before Antonio would run out of possible routes to take and against a warrior who is used to chasing down targets who like to run away he was going to run out of luck fast. Estarossa releases a Anarquía Cero point blank and this one is nothing like the one used in Naruki city. The explosion is massive, it gouges out the sand and annihilates everything in its path. For a brief moment he can see Antonio through the smoke, his skin blasted away, hair fried off, and missing a few limbs. As the smoke clears though, Estarossa only scoffs at what he can see now, Antonio, fully recovered in a cold sweat and panting heavily from his close brush with death. He used the Right Eye to find a future where he was already fully healed to repair himself instantly. He couldn’t believe what had just happened, he has the ultimate power and yet he was almost killed by what he considers to be a “Normal Arrancar”. Estarossa closes the gap, he knows inexperience when he sees it, he can smell it even. He moves in to seemingly punch Antonio and the first future he is able to see is himself being hit in the face and so he counters by putting up his arms to guard.

”Sloppy.”

Estarossa says as he punches the sand instead, this prompts Antonio to open his guard only to get a face full of sand as the shockwave of the punch forces the sand to explode upwards. Antonio closes his eyes and receives a swift kick to the stomach, knocking all the air out of him. As he tumbles on the ground, he forces his right eye open to repair himself, once again, instantly. Estarossa is catching onto how Antonio uses his power, like an early warning detection system. The idiot moves before the action even takes place and since he is set on taking his own action a veteran fighter can easily adapt and make a different move entirely, just as Estarossa had done by altering his punch to hit the sand instead of Antonio. The dull Arrancar starts to wonder if Estarossa has a Soul King part as well because he refuses to believe he is being pushed this much by someone without one. He starts to get frustrated when he hears a voice speak to him…

”Calm down, stop fighting defensively and going for surprise attacks. Just strike head on.”

He heeds the command of the voice, the voice of Valiosa. He calms down and draws his Zanpakuto, he finds it, a future where he stabs through Estarossa’s chest. He charges in and hits his mark, he is ecstatic for a brief second before being punched into the ground by Estarossa. Antonio made another mistake, he saw into the future but stopped the vision too short, he didn’t wait to see how Estarossa would react or respond, if he did he would have avoided that future entirely. Once again he “resets” himself, Zanpakuto in hand only able to standby and watch as Estarossa heals from his wound effortlessly. Antonio made a big entrance, instantly laying waste to La Soberanía and its denizens so what is so different now? Those other Hollows were weak, easily killed, so why is Estarossa presenting himself as an unclimbable mountain? He grits his teeth trying to figure it out, trying to calm his racing mind, trying to tune out Valiosa who is now shouting at him mentally. Why could he kill so many others but not Estarossa? Then, the enlightening moment hits him, his dull mind finally pieces it together.

He walks, not runs, towards Estarossa, looking straight ahead, past him almost as if his mind is in a far off land. The moment the purple haired Arrancar flinches he is cut deeply across the chest. He is shocked by the attack, clutching his chest as he leaps back only to get impaled through his back and out his chest by Antonio’s Zanpakuto. Estarossa looks back but sees no one there, as if the blade had always been there waiting for him to leap back onto it. When he looks forward again his vision is engulfed by a cerulean colored Cero. The explosion sends Estarossa flying back and bouncing across the ground like a pebble skipping across the surface of a lake. Antonio finally figured it out, he was always looking into the future then returning to the present. Once he finally shut everything up, including his own mind he realized that he should only be looking at the future and nothing else. Estarossa stands up, wounded as his skin is horrible scorched but he makes an effort to heal himself the best he can because Antonio is giving him no time to fully recover. In an instant his arm is cut off and Antonio’s Zanpakuto is stabbed through his leg, all while Antonio is still quite a distance away from him.

Estarossa falls to a knee once the Zanpakuto instantly vanishes from his leg, he still hasn’t had a chance to fully heal the wound on his chest, let alone the injuries he suffered from the Cero. He laughs and shakes his head.

”The future, huh? Pure, insanity that is. You’re attacking me before I can even finish the thought of making my own move. Insanity. I’d say that's the power of a god but, the only god I ever knew of was Esmeralda and she couldn’t do anything like this… Oh well…”

Then it happens to Antonio again, he witnesses a fated event, something he cannot alter with his actions alone because in every future all he can see is an explosion. An Anarquía Cero, is let loose once again to cover Estarossa’s next move. He surmised from hitting Antonio in the face with sand earlier that if he himself cannot physically see then he is blind to the future as well and with Anarquía Cero being nothing but a sudden explosion it can act as an instantaneous smoke screen.

”Collapse… Estómago!!

Resurrección

Yellow Reiryoku explodes and extends high off into the sky, blasting away what few clouds exist in the Hueco Mundo sky. The rush of air causes Antonio to squint a bit but a look of horror and shock are etched into his face before the Reiryoku even fully dissipates. He rushes in and in every future he sees himself stabbing Estarossa through the heart and he does so, without resistance. However, his stubbornness to let go of his blade does him harm as Estarossa punches him in the stomach and sends him skipping across the ground next. He pulls the blade from his “heart” and throws it at Antonio who narrowly avoids being hit by his own blade.

”You think that you can just oppress me and others just because you can see the future? You think you can limit my actions and force me to do what you want!? I refuse!”

His voice has a strange echo to it as if it is carried forward not by organs but on the winds of power as if his Reiryoku is manifesting his voice for him.

”No matter what form, no one shall take my Freedom from me. I am Estarossa Sangrados, The Eater of Worlds, Uno Gratis (Lit. Free one), and…

The dust finally settles and his Resurrección is finally clear for all to see…

Relentless Attacks

The fight continues with Antonio striking true again and again, to no avail as Estarossa remains unharmed against all his attempts. Antonio begins to get frustrated and stops his onslaught, staring off into the future as he watches every possible attack fail and falter against this Arrancar. Estarossa on the other hand has allowed Antonio to attack him relentlessly, he can see the inexperience in the way he fights even with that god-like ability he doesn’t know how to do anything else with his sword or body. Despite all the pointless flailing, this allowed Estarossa to glimpse another weakness in his future sight. Before he speaks Antonio responds before it is spoken.

”What are you talking about?”

”Hehe, you heard what future me said. You can only see so far into the future because if you could see it limitlessly you would have-”

Antonio holds up his Zanpakuto and looks at it. Despite it being made of metal it looks like it has been gnawed at by some ravenous beast or creature. Sadly he has realized it too late as his blade snaps in half before him. Estarossa laughs again, not saying a word because Antonio has already seen what he was going to say. While in Resurrección his ability, Belcebú, changes to Vestimenta de Belcebú (Lit. Vestment of Beelzebub). His body becomes an all consuming substance that consumes projectiles and even melee attacks. The more he is struck by a weapon the more that weapon is consumed, just like Antonio’s Zanpakuto which has cut and run through Estarossa dozens of times by now. Now the conundrum comes full circle because Antonio cannot figure out how to harm him. His dull mind limits him to basic forms of barbarism as any form of strategy or tactics are non-existant to him.

He has never had to fight anyone at this level before, all his opponents before Estarossa were easily taken care of through his barbaric way of fighting, which is just hacking and slashing. Using his ability he shifts his Zanpakuto into a state where it is no longer damaged, he looks to his blade then back to where Estarossa should be but all he can see is darkness. His future gaze shifts back to the present as his face is palmed by Estarossa and thrown into some nearby rocks.

”Hmm, that's the second time now.”

Estarossa ponders something odd about how Antonio has reacted to his past two attacks. The first is when he threw the dull minded Arrancar’s Zanpakuto back at him only for him to haphazardly duck out of the way as if he almost was hit by it. Then there is this instance as well where he was able to grab and throw him. There is a correlation here that Estarossa is trying to figure out, a case of information he is trying to build up about what weaknesses this man possesses. Because in his mind, the more he figures out about him the more he can relay to the Shinigami in Naruki since he has a feeling he won't be able to stop Antonio here. This Arrancar has already pushed him to using his Resurrección which is sign enough that he is not only dangerous but powerful as well.

During Estarossa’s mental evaluation of the situation Antonio was focused on condensing his power. Instead of watching the future of the world around him he will only watch his own future. If he or his Zanpakuto take damage he will repair them immediately since he cannot figure out why he no longer can see Estarossa in any future. Estarossa raises his right hand and Antonio sees a future where his body is covered in wounds, he jumps into the air as a result of this vision. As he rises into the sky he feels a hand press against his back and upon looking over his shoulder he is greeted with the grim visage of Estarossa’s skull before his hand expands and envelops him in that consuming substance that is his body. Antonio screams as he feels himself being digested from all sides and out of sheer panic he releases his Zanpakuto.

”Look upon God, Gorgona!!!”

That Which Must Never Be Released

Estarossa severs his own hand as he sensed a rapid build up of Reiatsu coming from Antonio and moved away from him. The resulting explosion of Reiryoku could only be described as holy, divine, god-like, in color and form enough to make Estarossa awestruck by what he was looking at. Then followed an earthquake that shook Hueco Mundo to its core as if it were alive and an old wound was being agitated…

Elsewhere at La Casíta Valiosa jumps out of her seat, wide eyed, moments before the earthquake even hit, before Antonio’s Reiatsu could even be felt. She clenches her fist and frowns, her face warping from the cute girl facade into a twisted form of rage and fury.

”YOU FOOL! I TOLD YOU NEVER RELEASE YOUR ZANPAKUTO!!!!!”

Kuvello would be able to feel the Reiatsu by now and would understand why he too should not release his blade so brazenly. The energy it gives off is abnormal and hard to miss, very hard to miss…

In Soul Society sensors within Fifth Division Barracks would max out before equipment began breaking. As it is their duty to monitor and patrol Hueco Mundo they were the first to notice the abnormal readings that were unlike anything ever recorded before. Well, publicly recorded. This data eventually flowed over to the Twelfth Division as well as this new strain of Reiatsu filled the scientist with many, many, questions about what is going on in Hueco Mundo and who it is creating that signature.

Beyond Twelfth Division the Great Noble Clans were notified before this information went public to the rest of the Seireitei. It was a Tsunayashio Clansmen who read over the report and had his heart fall into the pit of his stomach. Something in Hueco Mundo has laid claim to a piece of the Soul King. This was dangerous as it meant that someone had figured out where the Great Clan’s had hidden the pieces, or rather how they decided to hide them. It would be a few hours before this information went public to the rest of the Gotei 13, although details of it being related to the Soul King were mysteriously left out of any and all explanations, only that a powerful Hollow has appeared and to be ready for war…

High above Soul Society, so high that it is considered to be a different realm altogether sits the Royal Palace of the Soul King. In the throne room where the Soul King is encased in crystal stands five individuals, dressed like Shinigami all donning Haori. They can sense from the Soul King that some sort of disturbance is taking place related to him. One of these five individuals walks out of the throne room to position himself at a ledge where he can peer down towards the Soul Society. While he cannot see it from this height he hopes his frustration and anger can be felt by them as this is a rather dangerous situation and with the Gotei being broken and fractured as it is they cannot risk a being like this existing. So he stands and waits and watches to see how the Gotei 13 will deal with this new horror.

Back in Hueco Mundo the Reiryoku of Antonio’s transformation clears up to reveal the distorted configuration of his new form. His giant serpent body that stands at least 17 meters tall (55 feet) peers down at Estarossa with bulging eyes and rasping breath.

Estarossa raises his right hand in order to prepare for defense only to have it blown away instantly. It regrows but there was no sign or tell from Antonio on what he just did or how he did it. Antonio raises one of his four arms and swipes at Estarossa causing him to leap into the air and lock eyes with one of the many eyes that now line this beast’s body. A gaping hole was blown through his torso, there was nothing for his form to devour and he couldn’t fathom that. How was he struck by nothing? No, it makes no sense at all, even if the attack was at high speed it would still be resisted, even slightly, by the consuming effect of Vestimenta de Belcebú. Even taking his future sight ability into account he couldn’t put anything together. His mind was racing so much he mentally took himself out of the fight as he was swatted back down towards the ground by Antonio.

He crashed into the sands below and his glowing red eyes dimmed a bit. He felt it that time, a connection, a solid, physical contact between the monster's hand and his consuming body. So then why could he not feel the previous two attacks? His glowing eyes brightened up once more as the dull minded beast readied his four hands to pummel Estarossa into the sand and kill him.

Uno Gratis Retaliates

”I can’t figure out what you did to me, but I did figure out something else… You can’t see your own attacks when they are thrown back at you, or see objects that belong to you when they are thrown from a source other than yourself.”

Antonio pauses to listen to Estarossa, it made sense as to why he couldn’t see his own Zanpakuto when it was thrown back at him. An easy fix in his mind, he’ll just never let go of his blade ever again.

”I also ate your Zanpakuto up pretty good too, it's why I was able to touch you, I became a bit too blurry for you to see clearly. Hahaha!!!”

Estarossa tried to sit up out of the sand but he was struck by one of Antonio’s oversized fists, it laid him flat once again. He was struck multiple times, being pushed deeper and deeper into the sand.

”That's not all I took from you, you idiot…”

He speaks between the pummeling, his skull cracking bit by bit but from the holes of his skull something began to glow a color mixed from cerulean and yellow, creating a soft yellow hue within his skull. Antonio doesn’t see this as he is relentlessly pummeling away at Estarossa, thinking he has the full advantage. A bit of red then swirls within this soft yellow, turning it orange followed by a core of black forming within it, causing the orange to become the outline color.

”I took your Cero too and I’m mixing it with my own along with a bit of Blood I took from my wound that Blood Shinigami gave me… Cero… Oscuras…”

Unable to see the attack forming, to dumb to sense it out, and too barbaric to stop his rain of blows, Antonio is blind sided by a powerful Cero that is mixed with his own power, Estarossa’s power and hidden within all that, a bit of Sazanami’s Zanpakuto ability. The explosion is sudden and massive causing a second quake to rock Hueco Mundo. Both Antonio and Estarossa are engulfed in it, leaving behind a crater of sand. As the mushroom cloud slowly dissipates out of the sand crawls Antonio, no longer in his released state, wounds covering his body.

”Why can’t I heal!? What did that bastard do to me!?”

His stuttering is overpowered by his sheer rage of being unable to regenerate, this is due to Sazanami’s Zanpakuto being able to slow the regeneration process. Estarossa not only felt this but analyzed it when he consumed his own arm. He figured it would be useful for later but never expected to use it so soon. Antonio looks around but sees no sign of Estarossa nor can he sense him anymore. Not even his future sight can pick up on his whereabouts.

”G-guess he k-killed hims-self with h-his own a-attack…”

Antonio then wistfully began walking back to the hidden location of La Casíta. When he arrives he would be scolded by Valiosa for releasing his Zanpakuto. For the next year and a half there would be no Arrancar activity outside of newly born Arrancar trying to make a name for themselves by recklessly charging into the World of the Living. Without La Soberanía or Estarossa around weaker Hollows were on the menu again and though there were those who tried to live by the Eater of World’s example by protecting the weak, they themselves were too weak. The balance of power is finally tipped in Hueco Mundo and unknown to all there is a host of new Espada, lurking and waiting to make themselves known to the world properly.
